Tristan Randall is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over eight years of experience working with high-acuity clients at various outpatient clinics in Riverside County. Throughout his career, Tristan has collaborated with interdisciplinary psychiatric teams to support clients in achieving their mental health recovery goals. He specializes in working with teens and adults facing mood disorders, anxiety disorders including OCD, trauma recovery, dual diagnosis, and schizophrenia spectrum disorders.
Tristan primarily incorporates cognitive recovery modalities, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Narrative Therapy, and Exposure Therapy. In addition, he is a trained eating disorder specialist, having worked within treatment teams that include primary care physicians and residential treatment centers to address the complexities of eating disorders.
Veronica San Juan is a dedicated therapist who believes that every individual is unique, with their own story and experiences. Her approach to therapy is highly personalized, tailored to each client’s distinct values and life journey. Toni fell in love with psychiatry fifteen years ago, in nursing school, when she saw that sometimes all it takes is one bad life event to turn one’s world upside down. It was also then that she realized that one can bounce back from that with the help of therapy and medication. Although Toni has worked in home health and med-surg she has always been a psychiatric nurse at heart. Being a psychiatric nurse is her passion.
